Ridgecall is a small, locally-run business — this policy is written in plain language on purpose, and covers exactly what we actually do, nothing more.
When you fill out the contact form on ridgecall.cc, we collect whatever you enter: your name, business name, phone number, email address (if you choose to provide one), the type of business you run, your message, and how you'd prefer to be contacted.
If you call our business line and we're unable to answer, our system may take a message, which includes your name, phone number, and a brief description of why you called.
We also keep basic, anonymous records of website activity — which pages are visited and which buttons are clicked — solely to understand how the site is used. This is handled entirely through our own systems; we do not use third-party advertising trackers, and this data is never sold or shared.
We do not sell, rent, or share your information with third parties for their own marketing purposes.
Opting in: You may receive text messages from Ridgecall if you call our business line and provide a callback number, or if you submit our website contact form and select "Text" as your preferred contact method. By doing either of these, you're agreeing to receive a text reply from us related to your inquiry.
Message frequency varies based on your interaction with us — typically just a reply or two related to whatever you originally reached out about, not ongoing marketing messages.
Message and data rates may apply, depending on your phone plan.
Opting out: You can reply STOP to any text from us at any time to immediately stop receiving further messages. Reply HELP for assistance, or contact us directly using the information below.
We do not share your phone number with third parties for their own SMS marketing.
We keep contact form submissions and call records for as long as reasonably needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain accurate business records. If you'd like your information removed sooner, just email us and we'll take care of it.
Ridgecall does not use advertising cookies, third-party ad trackers, or sell data to ad networks. Our website analytics are simple and self-hosted — we track basic visit and click activity to understand what's useful on the site, nothing more.
